How do I track my order?
Use Track order in the header, or open the link from your confirmation email or SMS. You can track with your order number plus delivery ZIP or phone last 4 without logging in.
What are delivery hours?
We deliver 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM in approved areas. Residential addresses only per Massachusetts regulations.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes. You must be 21+ and show a valid government-issued ID at delivery. Pre-verification speeds up the handoff, but the courier still confirms ID at the door.
What if delivery fails?
If a delivery cannot be completed, you will receive a status update via SMS or email. Contact support with your order number for resolution options including rescheduling or refund. We respond to delivery issues within 2 hours during operating hours (8 AM-9 PM).
How do promo and referral codes work?
Enter codes at checkout. Eligibility depends on the offer rules, minimum order requirements, and the participating retailer.
