Accessibility Commitment

Our commitment
BudHub is committed to ensuring that our website and delivery service are accessible to people with disabilities. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standard and continuously work to improve the user experience for everyone.
What we do
- Semantic HTML — We use proper heading hierarchy, landmarks, and ARIA attributes so assistive technologies can navigate our pages reliably.
- Keyboard navigation — All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard alone.
- Screen reader support — We test with popular screen readers to ensure content is announced correctly.
- Color contrast — Text and interactive elements meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Focus management — Visible focus indicators are provided for all interactive elements.
- Skip-to-content link — A skip navigation link lets keyboard users bypass repetitive header content.
- Automated testing — We run axe-core accessibility audits as part of our development workflow to catch regressions early.
Known limitations
Some product images sourced from third-party dispensary partners may have limited or generic alt text. We are actively working with our partners to improve image descriptions across the catalog.
