Our commitment
CommerceOS is committed to ensuring that our website and delivery service are accessible to people with disabilities. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standard and continuously work to improve the user experience for everyone.
What we do
We build with keyboard navigation, screen reader support, proper contrast ratios, and visible focus indicators. We test regularly and fix issues as we find them.
Known limitations
Some product images sourced from third-party dispensary partners may have limited or generic alt text. We are actively working with our partners to improve image descriptions across the catalog.
