Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the CommerceOS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Age and Identification
You must be 21 years of age or older to place an order. You agree to complete age verification during checkout and to present a valid government-issued photo ID to the delivery agent at the door. Failure to produce valid ID can result in order cancellation and applicable fees.
Delivery Restrictions
Per state law, CommerceOS only delivers to residential addresses within permitted Massachusetts municipalities. We do not deliver to hotels, college dormitories, federal housing, or out-of-state addresses, and we may cancel any order flagged as non-residential or otherwise ineligible.
